The package is real and actively developed, but the registry entry lags well behind npm (0.1.3 listed vs 0.4.1 published) and everything requires a CueAPI account — the free tier caps at 10 cues and 300 executions a month. Young project with essentially no community yet; judge it as promising infrastructure, not proven.
