Our take

A coordination layer for agent systems: 15 stdio tools to create cron or one-time "cues", claim and heartbeat executions, and report write-once outcomes with structured evidence against the hosted CueAPI service. The package is real and actively developed, but the registry entry lags well behind npm (0.1.3 listed vs 0.4.1 published) and everything requires a CueAPI account — the free tier caps at 10 cues and 300 executions a month. Young project with essentially no community yet; judge it as promising infrastructure, not proven.
