Our take

Exposes Tailscale administration actions around devices, users, keys, policies, and authentication through MCP and a Rust CLI. It is aimed at infra and IT operators already managing Tailscale, and the combination of an installable package plus a few hundred weekly downloads suggests a real but still modest level of adoption.
