Our take

Perspective AI exposes a hosted MCP endpoint and a local stdio proxy for building conversational forms, interviewers, evaluators, embeds, invitations, analytics, and automations. The local package is intentionally thin: with a token it forwards to `https://getperspective.ai/mcp`, and without one it only serves a static catalog for inspection. Strong fit if you already use Perspective; not a standalone open-source form engine.
