Our take

Project-decision memory for coding agents: it keeps decisions and rationale in markdown, exposes read/write MCP tools, and can regenerate AGENTS.md so non-MCP tools still see the current doctrine. The implementation is substantial, tested, and local-first, with cloud sync and telemetry documented separately. The adoption command does write MCP config and optional skills/subagents, but it is an explicit CLI flow with remove paths rather than install-time self-propagation.
