Our take

PreClick is a hosted URL preflight service for agents: submit a URL and intent, get back threat and intent-alignment analysis before browsing. The trial tier works without an API key, with keys needed for higher quotas. It is a thin service connector, but the repo, docs, and related client libraries are coherent.
