Our take

A persistent feature-to-file concept map for coding assistants: your agent builds the map once via Mason's analysis tools, and later sessions load it instead of re-grepping the codebase. Unusually honest engineering for an indie project — published deepeval benchmarks (36% average token savings on architecture questions), real tests, CI, and a reproducible bench/ directory. Adoption is still near zero and note it went MCP-only in 0.4.0, dropping the old CLI.
