Our take

A hosted, single-purpose wrapper: validate an email address against the Dilli Email Validation API, nothing more. The endpoint is genuinely live (it answers MCP initialize cleanly) and requires an API key from the vendor's registration page. Closed-source remote from a small unknown vendor, so there's nothing to audit beyond the wire — fine for what it is, but you're trusting Dilli Labs with every address you check.
