Our take

Plexa adds two paid x402 tools for token pre-trade checks and executable quote estimates. The design signs payment authorizations locally and the README is clear that calls spend USDC from a dedicated wallet, which keeps it on the reviewed side of the x402 wave. Treat the private-key environment variable as a serious custody and blast-radius concern even though the tarball does not exfiltrate it.
