Official Cloud SQL admin endpoint from Google: 15 tools covering instance lifecycle (create, clone, backup, restore, import) plus direct execute_sql and a separate execute_sql_readonly. Probed live and protocol-clean, but this is one of the most powerful surfaces in the googleapis MCP family — an agent with these credentials can stand up instances, run arbitrary SQL, and restore backups. First-party and legitimate; pair it with tightly scoped IAM and prefer the readonly SQL tool where possible.
