Our take

Ambitious governance-plus-memory layer for agents that spend money: budget enforcement, a 300-850 agent reputation score, Merkle-chained audit logs, and 25+ MCP tools spanning memory, charges, and an agent shopping flow over rails like Stripe. The code is real and substantial (Apache-2.0, tests, benchmarks), not vaporware — but the org is three months old with zero community, the marketing leans hard on buzzwords ('Agent FICO', EU AI Act), and the shop_buy/charge tools give an agent purchasing authority through their hosted API. Treat it as an interesting early experiment, not production payment infrastructure.
