Our take

Hosted municipal finance data for U.S. local governments, with a small stdio package that proxies six tools to MuniSpot's API. It is useful for screening municipalities by score, demographics, ACFR financials, and side-by-side comparisons, but real use requires a MuniSpot API key and some data sits behind paid Pro/Enterprise access. There is no public source repo for the hosted service, so treat it as a vendor API integration rather than an auditable open-source server.
