Our take

Lets your coding agent run WCAG accessibility and color-contrast audits against any URL, audit design tokens, and file the findings as dev-ready issues in OverlayQA projects. The npm package is a small, tidy client (we inspected the tarball — real tool implementations, auth, and quota handling) for their SaaS; there is no source repo at all, so you're running closed-source code against a paid service. Useful if you want audit-to-issue automation in one step; requires an OverlayQA account and is quota-limited.
