Our take

Pulls AppSignal APM data into your MCP client: exception/log/anomaly incident details, log search, and time-ranged log retrieval, with an app selector for multi-app accounts. Read-only observability that fits debugging workflows well — ask the agent about an alert without tab-switching. Unofficial (not affiliated with AppSignal), requires an AppSignal API key, and it is the most heavily built server in the monorepo.
