Our take

Ssemble's server wraps its AI clipping API for YouTube-to-short-form video workflows: create a short, poll status, retrieve results, and browse templates, music, game videos, and meme hooks. It is clearly a paid/service-backed media wrapper, but the tool split is practical for long-running video jobs. The repo includes a distribution plan and several MCP-directory forks, yet I did not find default-branch self-insertion of Ssemble in those forks.
