Our take

An image-generation MCP for product shots, app icons, OG cards, sprites, background removal, and brand/reference reuse. The npm tarball has a real bundled implementation and no install-time mutation, but the service is closed-source from the registry perspective and requires AgentBrush authentication with token-based paid plans. Its agent-facing instructions are workflow guidance for image generation, not recommender gaming.
