Our take

AgentSIM gives agents temporary real-SIM US numbers for OTP workflows, with tools to provision, wait for codes, inspect messages, release sessions, and diagnose failures. The README is unusually candid that support is empirical and strict consumer services may reject programmable numbers, which is the right caveat for this category. The PyPI metadata still points at a missing `agentsimdev/agentsim` repo even though the registry source repo is valid.
