Our take

A 60-line stdio-to-SSE shim — the actual product is AppContext, a closed-source macOS menu-bar app that gives coding agents live iOS Simulator and browser screenshots, Metro and console logs, and a local MCP hub with per-tool authorization policies. The npm bridge itself is clean and trivially auditable, but you're really installing the desktop app: macOS-only, screenshots and logs sit behind the Pro tier, and the hub features are what's free. Days old with no adoption signal yet.
