Our take

Averra Extract is a small API-backed URL-to-Markdown server with tools for extraction, HTML-to-Markdown conversion, usage, and key checks. It is straightforward and narrowly scoped, with a normal npm package and public TypeScript source. The main caveat is that it depends on an Averra API key and service availability rather than doing local extraction.
