Our take

Citadel exposes an encrypted local memory/database region over MCP with recall, remember, link, evolve, forget, and verification-style tools. The underlying repo is a larger encrypted database and vector-search project rather than a tiny MCP wrapper, and the MCP crate has real source and tests. Very new on PyPI, so treat the impressive benchmark claims as early-project claims until the ecosystem catches up.
