Our take

Czech VAT-payer reliability checks (nespolehlivý plátce DPH) plus §96a registered bank accounts, straight from the official MFČR ADIS service — exactly the lookup you need before paying a Czech supplier, since paying an unreliable payer's unpublished account creates joint VAT liability. Ships both an npm package with real tests and a live hosted endpoint whose tool instructions even explain the legal status codes. Part of a small, coherent open-source suite of Czech due-diligence servers (ARES, sanctions, insolvency) from one developer; niche by definition, and the hosted free tier is rate-limited with a paid tier above it.
