Our take

The official MCP server from the e18e ecosystem-cleanup initiative: it checks install commands and source imports for bloated or abandoned packages and suggests leaner, better-maintained replacements, with curated migration guides. A genuinely useful guardrail for agents that npm-install their way through problems. Very early stage (v0.0.5, the authors say it may break without notice) and the repo has been quiet since May.
