Our take

FixYourDocs exposes one focused tool for filing structured documentation-feedback reports to its hub. The implementation is small, validates the report shape locally, and explicitly says outbound calls happen only when the tool is invoked. The caveat is adoption: reports only become useful when the documentation owner has claimed their docs and installed the hub integration.
