Our take

Faultline is a hosted MCP endpoint for infrastructure monitoring, incidents, on-call lookup, and approved runbooks. The submitted GitHub repo is documentation-only and says the server is hosted, so the source cannot be audited as an implementation. The endpoint was fronted by a Cloudflare challenge in this audit, which may be a problem for machine clients unless authenticated traffic is bypassed correctly.
