Our take
Form.io's Universal Agent Gateway — a self-hosted server that exposes your Form.io forms, submissions, and workflows as MCP tools so agents can automate data collection in-process. It's real vendor software from a long-established form-platform company, but this is infrastructure, not a drop-in tool: you stand up a gateway with fifteen-odd env vars, JWT secrets, and an Enterprise license for the full feature set. Adoption is still near zero; worth it only if you're already invested in Form.io.
