Our take

Airflow MCP Server exposes Airflow 3 APIs through safe/read-only and unsafe modes, with hierarchical discovery to keep the tool surface manageable. It is one of the more mature entries in this slice, with tests, docs, demos, and a companion plugin folder. The registry is slightly stale versus PyPI and the default unsafe mode deserves attention before connecting it to production Airflow.
