Our take

EXTRA provides native Windows 10/11 computer-use automation for AI vision, mouse, keyboard, and UI control. It is intended for desktop automation scenarios where browser-only tooling is not enough, and the PyPI package helps discoverability, but the broad control surface is inherently risky and should be sandboxed and permissioned carefully.
