Our take

WebReaper is a real .NET scraping stack with an MCP satellite exposing scrape, map, crawl, and extraction tools over stdio. The package is strongest if you want a local binary/library rather than another hosted scraping API. Caveat: the owner did create a burst of awesome-list forks, but I found no default-branch WebReaper self-insertion, so this is a distribution caveat rather than a flag.
