Our take

Apollo's hosted GraphOS MCP endpoint is live and initializes over Streamable HTTP, with instructions that make the required `x-api-key` header explicit. The registry description says docs/spec search, but the live server identifies as Apollo MCP Server and is centered on GraphOS/GraphQL access. This is first-party and useful for Apollo users, but expect GraphOS API-key setup rather than anonymous search.
