Our take

ARCXS is a small agent-registry and messaging client: search and lookup are public, while registration, messaging, heartbeat, and transactions need an ARCXS API key. The implementation is straightforward and the download count sits at scanner-baseline scale, not adoption proof. Treat it as an early protocol experiment rather than established agent infrastructure.
