Our take

LakeXpress MCP is a practical control wrapper around the LakeXpress database-to-Parquet CLI. It emphasizes preview-before-execute and explicit confirmation, which is the right shape for data pipeline commands. You still need the external LakeXpress binary and any database/storage credentials, so this is not a standalone ETL engine.
