Our take

One of the few PDF servers that writes as well as reads: 22 tools covering creation from Markdown, form fill and flatten, merge/split that preserves form fields, AES-256 encryption, and page rendering to images so vision models can read scanned documents. Everything is WASM-based (pdfium, qpdf), so a single npx command works offline with no native toolchain. Solo-maintainer project with a small footprint, but the engineering choices are sound.
