Our take

Exposes read-only WHOOP v2 fitness data to MCP clients and adds practical local caching plus export formats like CSV, JSONL, and Parquet. It is for personal analytics, quantified-self workflows, and developers who want structured access to wearable data without building the connector themselves. The feature set looks thoughtful, but the project appears new and narrowly scoped to WHOOP users, so long-term upkeep is still unproven.
