Requires: WEBEAR_BASE_URL, CODEDSWITCH_API_KEY

Our take

WebEar lets an MCP client capture short audio from an instrumented web app, run signal analysis, compare clips, and optionally send clips to CodeDSwitch for AI description. It is a real implementation, but it requires adding browser-side middleware/snippets and a `CODEDSWITCH_API_KEY`, so it is more of a dev instrumentation loop than a plug-and-play media tool. Registry metadata is stale versus npm latest.
