Our take

Local recall for Claude Code transcripts: it indexes past sessions under `~/.claude/projects`, searches them, and renders selected conversations as compact Markdown with tool outputs elided. Useful if you often need to pull context from another project into the current session. The privacy caveat is real: it is read-only, but it gives an agent structured access to prior chat history that may contain sensitive material.
