Our take

QueryShield is a SQL safety proxy for agents: natural-language or SQL input goes through SELECT-only AST checks, row-level policies, and audit logging before reaching a customer database. The MCP package is a thin client over the QueryShield API, while the repo also contains the service implementation. It is strongest for teams willing to operate the proxy and provision scoped agent keys.
