Our take

Practical SSRS/RDL file tooling for reading report structure and making targeted XML edits such as column, dataset, stored-procedure, and parameter changes. It is alpha-quality and file-path based, but the tool surface is concrete and backed by tests. Good fit for report maintenance; less compelling outside the Microsoft reporting niche.
