Our take

Small MCP server for scanning npm dependencies against SPDX license policies and explaining license terms. It is focused, readable, and useful as a local development guardrail, though it is npm-centric and depends on third-party license-checker behavior. The owner has a couple of old awesome-list forks, but no visible default-branch self-insertion tied to this package.
