Our take

ImageDimensions MCP gives agents a simple web-performance audit for page images: rendered versus natural size, oversized-image detection, format mix, and a link to the hosted visual report. The local package is small and mostly delegates scanning to imagedimensions.com, so it is closer to a SaaS API wrapper than a self-contained crawler. The owner has several related web-audit repos and some curated-list forks, but I did not find default-branch self-insertion for this product.
