Our take

Native macOS voice I/O server for MCP clients, implemented in Swift with a `listen` tool and `speak` tool. It avoids Node/Python dependency sprawl and falls back to system TTS when ElevenLabs is not configured, but it is macOS-only and distributed as a release binary.
