Our take

BuildPulse exposes CI test analytics to agents: flaky-test inventory, recent submissions, coverage, and deep links back into the BuildPulse app. It is a real small-vendor server with both stdio and remote transport metadata, and the underlying Go implementation is in the submitted repo. Caveat: the npm package uses a postinstall native-binary download from GitHub releases; it is not self-propagating, but the installer comment claims SHA256 verification that the shipped script does not actually perform.
