Our take

Rust-backed PDF tooling exposed through a Python MCP server, covering metadata, text extraction, conversion, creation, annotations, forms, security, and page manipulation. The MCP layer includes workspace path validation and output limits, which matters for file-heavy agent workflows. It is still a young beta library, and the registry entry is slightly behind PyPI, which is already at 0.14.0 while the listing points at 0.13.0.
