Our take
This is a domain-specific assistant for CE-RISE Digital Passport planning, component discovery, deployment artifact generation, and update awareness. The source repo contains a real Python JSON-RPC/MCP implementation and curated data files rather than a placeholder. It is useful only inside that ecosystem, and the GHCR image requires normal registry pull auth discovery before clients can fetch it.
