Our take

Pruna AI media-generation MCP with image generation/editing, try-on, upscaling, video tools, model listing, and file upload. It is a paid/API-key integration, with a nice emphasis on storing secrets in the OS keychain rather than plaintext config. The registry package version is stale relative to PyPI but the repo is active and implements the advertised server.
