Our take

Builds and manages Clipform's video-style forms from any MCP client, with a nicely done OAuth 2.1 remote endpoint and an anonymous free-tier mode that hands you a claim URL. Know what you're looking at, though: the GitHub repo is a two-file shell (README plus registry manifest) — the actual server ships closed-source via npm — and the whole operation is weeks old with zero stars, so the ~600 weekly downloads say more about release automation than adoption. The product itself appears real and the endpoint answers; just don't mistake the version number for maturity.
