Our take

Local database workbench MCP for PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQLite with connection groups, schema resources, query execution, mutation rollback snapshots, history, and dump/restore. It is much more than a raw query runner, but it still runs against databases you configure locally, so production access should be scoped carefully. Registry metadata is stale at 0.1.14 while npm and the repo are already at 0.3.4.
