Our take

A local Jira plus GitHub/GitLab workflow server with project setup, branch, issue, PR/MR, rules, and flow tools. It stores credentials locally under its own config directory and has confirmation gates for mutating workflow steps. The registry is stale at 0.1.8 while npm is already 0.1.15, but the package is real and actively versioned.
