Our take

A focused dev-tool server that drives Eclipse Memory Analyzer headlessly for heap-dump reports, OQL, retained-set work, and index status checks. It is small but real, with tests around command building, path guards, and MAT service behavior. Users still need a local MAT install and Java, so this is for JVM incident analysis rather than general web automation.
