Our take

CodeLogic's server gives agents access to its dependency and impact-analysis graph: method impact, database impact, CI/CD setup helpers, and bounded graph search/path/owner tools. It is useful when a CodeLogic workspace is already scanning your codebase, but it is not a standalone analyzer and needs a CodeLogic host plus username/password credentials. The README's assistant rules are usage guidance for this product, not recommender-targeting.
