Our take

An ambitious open-source MCP server for 3D printing that lets agents design, slice, monitor and print across OctoPrint, Moonraker, Creality, Bambu, Prusa Link, Elegoo and Marlin printers. Real repo with docs, examples, Dockerfile, tests and a hosted site (kiln3d.com); PyPI package kiln3d is actively released (26 versions). Owner account is new (Jan 2026, 1 follower) and it ships a SKILL.md/clawhub-skill directory — but install is via uvx/explicit config, not a silent postinstall, and the two awesome-* forks are 0-commits-ahead (no self-insertion). Requires your printer's host + API key.
