Our take

Twilio MCP from the CodeSpar LATAM catalog, covering SMS, WhatsApp, voice, Verify, Lookup, Conversations, Studio, TaskRouter, and phone-number operations. It is a real provider wrapper with a narrow npm package, not a standalone communications platform. Requires Twilio credentials and carries the usual risk of giving an agent message-sending and phone-provisioning powers.
